Me and my husband needed both our cars inspected, the Receptionist was very informative and professional, she kept me and my husband posted on exactly what our cars needed and made sure we were both in agreement with details and price. I normally don’t write reviews however I had to share my experience at Froy’s. This is my second year taking my car for an inspection. The customer service is amazing!! My dad has been coming here for YEARS so now my sister and I both go here to have our vehicles serviced. Everyone here has been professional, friendly, and you don't feel like your life savings are going into your car. I appreciate each time I come in "rushing" and are able to accommodate within hours. My colant tank was leaking and a few of my hoses were damaged. They were very transparent every step of the way. They told me exactly what they were doing and why. They gave me an honest estimate on the price. And overall did a wonderful job fixing the problem overall. Highly recommend!

Best place in town to take your vehicle. Very trust worthy and honest. I feel like a lot of mechanics try to get over on you but I've never felt like that at Froy's.

I cannot put into words my gratitude to Mr. Fernandez for his kindness. We came into his shop late on a Friday with an engine issue while we were in town for a wedding. We had a crying baby in the backseat and needed to be leaving for home on Sunday. Even though the shop isn’t open on the weekends, they serviced our car on Saturday anyway so that we could enjoy the wedding and return home on time. What an amazing man, I cannot thank you enough for caring for us.
